Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data Idle Tree ("the App") collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to general audiences and is written under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
The App has no user accounts, no login, and does not ask for your name, email, or any contact details. Your game progress (your tree, upgrades, seeds, records and settings) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, photos or camera access, microphone or audio. The App does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
2. Advertising & Tracking
- Ads are served through Google AdMob. Before showing personalized ads, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent where required (EEA/UK).
- On iOS, the App does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; as a result AdMob operates without access to the IDFA and cannot track you across other apps or websites.
- On Android, the App uses the
AD_IDpermission (added by Google Mobile Ads) to serve and measure ads via Google Play services. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings. - Buying Premium removes all ads.

4. Legal Basis & Your Rights (GDPR)
We process advertising data on the basis of your consent (collected via the UMP consent form where applicable) or our legitimate interest in operating the App. Purchase data is processed to perform the contract (deliver what you bought). You may, subject to applicable law, request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or withdraw consent for processing, by contacting us at hello@kbaranowski.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
5. Your Rights (CCPA)
California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and their business purpose, and may request deletion, by contacting hello@kbaranowski.com. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
6. Data Retention
Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own policies. Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play as required for transaction and tax records. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
7. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App's data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
