1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Idle Coloring Game ("the App"), provided by Krzysztof Baranowski ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • App — the Idle Coloring Game mobile application, distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • User — any person who downloads or uses the App.
  • Content — coloring pages, illustrations, in-app text, graphics, and other material made available within the App.
  • Virtual Currency / In-Game Items — coins, stars, upgrades, or other non-monetary items usable only within the App.

3. Using the App

  • The App has no user registration or account system. No login, name, or email is required to use it.
  • The App works fully offline; your coloring progress is stored locally on your device (see Privacy Policy).
  • You must be old enough to accept these Terms under the law of your country of residence, or have parental/guardian consent to use the App.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App outside its intended functionality.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All Content — illustrations, coloring pages, artwork, icons, graphics, and the App's design — is owned by the Service Provider or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright.
  • The App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the App only. You may not extract, redistribute, or reuse Content outside the App.

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

  • The App may offer optional in-app purchases and/or subscriptions (e.g. extra coloring content, ad removal, in-game currency packs). Pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase.
  • All purchases are processed exclusively by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) payment systems. The Service Provider does not process or store your payment card details.
  • Virtual currency and in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts or devices.
  • Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's refund policy (Apple App Store / Google Play), not directly by the Service Provider.

6. Advertising

  • The App may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data processing and consent.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

  • interruptions or unavailability of the App caused by technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control;
  • damages resulting from improper use of the App or use on unsupported devices/OS versions;
  • loss of locally stored progress due to device loss, factory reset, app uninstall, or OS-level data clearing (no cloud backup is provided unless stated otherwise in-app).

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you experience a problem with the App (e.g. a purchase issue, bug, or content concern), contact us at hello@kbaranowski.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

9. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, e.g. to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the Service Provider's place of residence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Distribution and payment processing for the App are provided by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service.
