Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data Idle Coloring Game ("the App") collects, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to general audiences and is written under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The App has no user accounts, no login, and does not ask for your name, email, or any contact details. Your coloring progress is stored locally on your device (via Hive) and never leaves it.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, photos/camera access, or microphone/audio.
2. Advertising & Tracking
- Ads are served through Google AdMob. Before showing personalized ads, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent where required (EEA/UK), and lets you review/change your choice at any time from in-app privacy settings.
- On iOS, the App does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; as a result AdMob operates without access to the IDFA and cannot track you across other apps or websites for ad targeting.
- On Android, the App requests the
AD_IDpermission to serve and measure ads via Google Play services.

We do not sell your personal data.
4. Legal Basis & Your Rights (GDPR)
We process analytics and advertising data on the basis of your consent (collected via the UMP consent form where applicable) or our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App. You may, subject to applicable law, request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or withdraw consent for processing, by contacting us at hello@kbaranowski.com.
5. Your Rights (CCPA)
California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and their business purpose, and may request deletion, by contacting hello@kbaranowski.com. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
6. Data Retention
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google per their default Firebase retention settings. Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat/the App Store as required for transaction and tax records. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
7. Children
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App's data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
